We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a block away from the main shopping street and in close proximity to the town's restaurants. The hotel facilities are great, and the hotel offered transportation and parking options. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting us with information on transportation during our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the reception to the bell boy. Exceptional customer service from arrival to checkout. Clean and comfortable rooms with spotless bathrooms. Convenient location near Plaza de Armas, close to restaurants.

I had a great time during my business trip in this hotel. the staff was very welcoming and did everything they could to help me. the location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the nearby stores, restaurants, and main attractions. Another advantage was the comfortable beds and pillows, which made it easy for me to relax and get a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects. First, not all members of the staff were fluent in English, which made it a bit difficult for me to communicate at times.

Amazing location, just steps away from the main square and close to all the important landmarks. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. My favorite part was definitely the breakfast, with a great variety of fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and hot dishes. , the restaurant was fantastic, offering amazing food at reasonable prices.

The noise level could have been lower, especially during Easter when the celebrations are really loud and go on late into the night. The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable at times, which was frustrating when trying to get some work done.
